At Card Guardian, we strive to deliver top-quality Pokémon cards, TCG products, and card protection accessories with care and accuracy. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help
Damages, Missing Items, or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any problems, including:
Damaged items
Missing products
Incorrect items received
We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or credits for issues reported after the 48-hour window.
Please note: Many sealed Pokémon and TCG products may arrive with minor manufacturer defects, such as small nicks in shrink wrap, off-centered seals, or light creases on cardboard packaging. These do not impact the contents and are not eligible for return or refund unless the damage is excessive. We carefully inspect items before dispatch and do not ship excessively damaged products. For mint-condition sealed items, we recommend contacting us at support@cardguardian.com.au before purchasing.Â
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase or order number
Returns must be approved prior to sending the item back
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@cardguardian.com.au.Â
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Please note:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, a refund (minus shipping and restocking fees) will be processed once we receive the item.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement. If your card or payment account has changed, you must contact your payment provider directly.
No Refunds on Trading Cards
Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, we do not accept refunds or returns on any trading cards, including but not limited to booster packs, sealed boxes, or individual singles. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and value of these items, as we cannot verify if packaging has been tampered with or cards have been handled.
Please also note: We cannot guarantee the specific cards you will receive inside sealed products. All sealed items are factory-packed and contents are completely random. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on pulls or expectations.
